Abstracts

The importation, manufacture, sale and possession of e-vapour products remained completely banned in Thailand in 2022, promulgated by the Tobacco Products Control Act 2535 (Section 10), Medicines Act 2510 (Section 12) and Customs Act 2469 (Section 27). Any person caught selling e-vapour products or having these in their possession faces a prison sentence of up to 10 years and they are also required to pay a fine of as much as five times the value of the vaping items found in their possession.
