The subsidiaries of Sintex are (i) Zeppelin Mobile Systems India Limited (ii) Bright AutoPlast Pvt. Limited and (ii) Sintex B.V.

Under the building product category Sintex produces Prefabs, Monoliths, Doors, Windows, Containers and Tanks. The custom molding section is equipped with diverse capabilities of molding and post molding operations in Fabrication Techniques, Assembly Lines, Paint lines and Prototyping, R&D and Tool Design.

Sintex sell textiles under the brand name BVM. The company has alliance with various European design houses and a UK based textile marketing companies. It provides fabrics to reputed brands like Arrow and Van Heusen. Sintex indirectly sell fabrics to global retail majors like Armani, Hugo Boss, Diesel, Burberry, DKNY, S.Oliver, Zara, Mexx, Meggimo Dotti, Banana Republic etc.
