Grupo Antolin – based in Spain – is a leading provider of headliners and doors to the world's major automotive manufacturers. The company specialises in the integration of multiple components and has received numerous awards for its products and services from many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The company has operations in several locations worldwide and has invested significantly in its production capabilities in recent years. In order to further strengthen its position in the car interiors market, Grupo Antolin acquired the interiors operations of the Canada-based company Magna International in August 2015. As a result of the acquisition, Grupo Antolin gained 36 factories and extensive knowledge in the fields of fabrics, components and interiors. The acquisition has proven to be hugely successful, and has enabled the company to significantly increase its turnover. Looking to the future, the company plans to continue to grow and consolidate its position as one of the largest players in the car interiors market.
