V.I.P. Industries is an Indian company into travel product business. The company manufactures plastic moulded luggage, soft luggage and plastic moulded furnitures. The major brands of the company are V.I.P., Carlton, Alfa, Aristocrat, Footloose, Delsey, Buddy and Skybags. Carlton Travel Goods Ltd. and Blow Plast Retail Ltd. are the two subsidiaries of the company.
At present, the company holds 55% market share in the organized sector and has three manufacturing facilities in India. These three facilities are located in Nashik, Sinner and Haridwar. The aggregate manufacturing capacity of these plants stood at 1.5 lakh per annum.
VIP has currently 9,700 outlets in the country and out of this, more than 250 are run by the own dealers. The company exports its products to Europe, Middle East, US etc.
