In this report, the employees in private and public sector are discussed in detail. The main objective of this report is to compare number of employees in public and private sector of Kuwait. The study will also examine the main reason behind the big difference in number of workers among both sectors. There is gap in previous studies as there is no research which has been conducted in context of Kuwait. There is no previous research that has investigated the number of employees in public and private sectors of Kuwait. The current research will fill this gap as in this research the rate of employees in public and private sectors will be examined in detail.
