Lean manufacturing refer to the approach that is described as the excellent manufacturing and production system that decline the waste material and the time involved in the process and the corporation’s supply chain has deal in an effective manners. Lean system is an efficient and effective approach of the systematic tools that control the time and the production waste. Nike is a reputable brand with high customer base and strong lean policies that adopted the lean tools two decades before for controlling the cost and the waste of the manufacturing system. Nike adopt the comprehensive lean system with different brands as silver, gold, bronze etc and it widely focus on the all elements as lean tools, customers, human group of workers, environment etc and take into account all the elements of the different stakeholders for controlling the time and manufacturing waste.
