Leadership styles and theories
There are different theories associated with the leadership styles. Firstly we will evaluate the leaders as individual. In accordance to five factors model there are five basic features essential for the leaders like extravert, dependable, emotional intelligence, and openness to new experience and ability to agree (Molly H, 2016).
