Abstracts

There are different theories associated with the leadership styles. Firstly we will evaluate the leaders as individual. In accordance to five factors model there are five basic features essential for the leaders like extravert, dependable, emotional intelligence, and openness to new experience and ability to agree (Molly H, 2016). Attribution theory elaborates various people leads to different results on the basis of their experiences. Cognitive leadership style defines the means people perceive, inspect and use the data.
