Intoduction: The Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation is the oil refining corporation operating under national banner and come into existence in October 1960. The Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation has the goal of refining oil, liquefaction of gas and the manufacturing and delivery of the petroleum products in the domestic market areas. It introduces itself as a share holding corporation under the ownership of the government of the Kuwait in combination with the private sector and then in 1975 it comes under full control of the government of the Kuwait. Since 1968 the corporation involves in export of oil and petroleum goods to its Shuaiba Refinery. In 1980, Kuwait witnesses the restructuring of the oil divisions in the Kuwait, where The Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation attain innovative creation and attain name of Kuwait Petroleum Company that was also operating under the state. In this situation, The Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation get the responsibility of the delivery of petroleum goods in all markets of the Kuwait and also attain the ownership of the two more refineries that are named as Mina Ahmadi and Mina Abdullah refineries. In the present time it is the main oil refinery of the Kuwait that makes available the petroleum products in all over the Kuwait (KNPC, 2015).
