Abstracts

Auditing define as the inspection and examination of the financial statements and performance of the corporation. The goal of the audit reporting involves the fair representation of the financial performance of the firm. In the current final report we focus on analyzing the audit structure of the two different firms on comparative basis. The report focuses on different phases and sections of the report. In the first part of the report we provide the overview of the selected companies as we select one Kuwaiti company that is Viva Telecom Corporation Kuwait and one American company from USA 100 Index that is Google Inc. In the second part of the final report we will elaborate in detail as how the Google Inc and Viva Telecom Corporation Kuwait prepared their audit reports so that we make distinction among the audit reports of both of the selected companies. In the third part of the report we focus on elaborating the comparative edge of the audit report of both of the companies. In it we will describe the similar and different points of the audit report of the Viva Telecom Corporation Kuwait and the Google Inc so that to identify as how the audit reports differentiate with two different sets of standards in two different countries of the world.
