Burgan bank is a bank in the Kuwait that is established in the 1977 with the aim of introducing innovative and different banking instruments and to set new roads of success for the banking industry. It is the subsidiary of the Kuwait project holding company and it have wide network of 24 branches in the Kuwait along with the more than 100 ATM’s. It is among the youngest banks of the Kuwait with high profit and revenues (Burgan, 2016). It has a wide range of services for the customers that involve creation of the services, operations and then finally the distribution of the services to the clients and this whole process along with the Porter’s model will be discussed in this report.
