Application of OB concepts in Kuwait Oil Company
Kuwait Oil Company should develop small and effective teams and give them proper training in order to ensure effective team work and provide them sufficient time so that they can complete their work in effective manner. They should be given empowerment so that they can perform the task in best way they think that the work should be done. This will also increase their motivation and commitment when they will know that they have the power to perform the work as they think is most suitable and they will take responsibility of their work.
