The Fund also invests in various projects, such as the land and building lease agreement with Bhiraj Buri Company Limited, the agreement to sale and purchase of movable assets with Penta 591 Company Limited, lease area and equipment agreements with Erawan Commercial Management Company Limited, service agreements with Erawan Commercial Management Company Limited for the purpose of rental area utilities and common area services.
