Aircraft retreaded tires refer to aircraft tires that have been used but whose tire structure still meets safety requirements. These tires undergo inspection, grinding, repair, re-bonding of tread rubber, and vulcanization before being reused. Because aircraft tires experience high loads, high-speed impacts, and strong friction during takeoff, landing, and taxiing, their treads wear out quickly. However, their tire bodies typically possess high strength and reusability. Therefore, after rigorous non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection, tire body evaluation, and quality certification, they can be retreaded one or more times. Aircraft retreaded tires can reduce airline operating and maintenance costs, improve tire resource utilization, and still meet aviation safety standards and airworthiness requirements. They are widely used in the maintenance and replacement market for civil passenger aircraft, cargo aircraft, regional aircraft, military aircraft, and general aviation aircraft. Sales are projected to reach approximately 700,000 units by 2025.

In recent years, with the continued recovery of global air transportation demand and the expansion of aircraft fleets, aircraft tyres, as essential safety components in aviation operations, have maintained steady market demand growth.
