It is a colourless and viscous liquid that is miscible with water at all concentrations. Ultra High Pure Sulphuric Acid is one of the eight chemical reagents commonly used in the semiconductor industry. It is mainly used for silicon wafer cleaning, photolithography, corrosion, and printed circuit board corrosion and electroplating cleaning.
