It can form a soldering-blocking pattern through exposure and development processes to protect non-soldering areas on the circuit board. Two-component photosensitive solder mask ink consists of two parts: the main agent and the curing agent. The main agent contains photosensitive resin, pigments, solvents, etc., and the curing agent contains cross-linking agents, catalysts, stabilizers, etc. After mixing the two parts, it needs to be used within a certain period of time, otherwise it will become invalid. Two-component photosensitive solder resist ink has excellent printability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, electrical properties, etc., and is widely used in circuit board production in electronic appliances, machinery manufacturing, new energy vehicles and other fields.
