Steel cooling stave is a component used in blast furnaces, which are large cylindrical blast furnaces used for steel production. The steel walls are designed to be arranged inside the blast furnace to protect the furnace walls from extreme high temperatures and wear caused by internally processed high-temperature molten metal and slag. Steel bars are typically made of high-quality, heat-resistant steel alloys that can withstand the extreme temperatures and harsh conditions in blast furnaces. They are typically designed with a series of interlocking grooves that enable them to be firmly fixed together to form a continuous lining covering the entire inner surface of the blast furnace. The use of steel bars in blast furnaces has several advantages over other types of lining materials. Firstly, the steel rod is very durable and can withstand the extreme temperatures and grinding conditions in the furnace for a long time. In addition, the interlocking design of Flat noodles can easily replace damaged or worn parts, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
