Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) is a new type of polymer material. Liquid crystal polymer is an intermediate phase polymer between crystal and liquid. After being heated and melted or dissolved by a solvent, it will change from rigid fixation to a fluid liquid substance while maintaining the orientation of the crystalline substance. Order, thereby forming a liquid crystal state that has both liquid fluidity and orderly arrangement of crystalline molecules. From the perspective of molecular structure, LCP has a rigid rod-shaped molecular chain structure. The molecular chains can be arranged in a high degree of orientation, the structure is tightly packed, and the force between macromolecules is relatively large.
