This feature of fiber optic communication, has made it suitable for transmitting microwaves. RFoF have many good features, but the cost of installation of RFoF such as antenna and other broadcasting products depends various factors such as the distance and frequency range, and therefore the overall installation cost of RFoF varies as per requirement.
