Its supply chain begins upstream with specialty chemical producers supplying base polymers (silicones, epoxies), fillers (ceramic powders, oxide materials), and additives (dispersants, stabilizers); midstream formulators and compounders engineer the paste by optimizing viscosity, thermal conductivity, and long-term stability, followed by packaging into syringes or cartridges; downstream, the product is distributed to OEMs and contract manufacturers in electronics, automotive (especially EV power electronics and battery systems), telecommunications, and industrial equipment, as well as to the aftermarket for PC assembly and maintenance, where it is applied as a critical thermal management material without risk of short-circuiting electronic components.
