High temperature resistant protective film is a temporary protective film material mainly made of heat-resistant substrates such as PET and PI, and coated with silicone, acrylic, PU or special temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesives. It is mainly used for surface protection, shielding, temporary fixation, load-bearing support and scratch and pollution prevention in high-temperature processing, baking, hot pressing, bonding, spraying, reflow soldering, FPC process, PCB process, optoelectronic display module, electronic components, automotive coating and industrial material processing. Its core characteristics are good heat stability, low or no residual adhesive after peeling, good dimensional stability, strong solvent and acid alkali resistance, and can maintain stable adhesion and surface integrity under temperature conditions of 100 ° C to 260 ° C or even higher. Compared with ordinary protective films, high-temperature resistant protective films emphasize more on not curling, shrinking, precipitating, or contaminating the object after high temperature, and can meet the requirements of cleanliness, anti-static, peel stability, and reliability in electronic manufacturing, display panels, flexible circuit boards, semiconductor packaging, and industrial spraying.
