Central Garden

The Central Garden occupies a total area of 360,000 sq meters. 140,000 sq. meters of land has been developed in the first phase of the project. The buildings grasp the essence of the French, Australian and Hong Kong architectural design.

The Central Park in Shanghai urban area is within walking distance from Central Garden, Natural scenery in Central Park enhances the ecological surrounding of Central Garden. A half basement car park provides ample parking space to residents. About 53% of the site area in Central Garden is dedicated to landscaping creating a pleasant environment for residents.

The Central Club-house of the Central Garden provides a wide range of facilities Sporting facilities such as swimming pool, fitness centre and tennis court are all available for the residents. Residents can also enjoy the sauna room and fountain pool. In addition, a snooker room, dining facility, laundry service, children's game centre, bank, supermarket, post office, floral shop and dispensary make the Central Garden a self-sufficient community.

Elegant Garden

Shanghai Elegant Garden, situated adjacent to the Shanghai Xijiao Hotel, occupies a site area of 210,000 sq. meter. The project commenced work at the end of 1992 and 136 detached villas were completed of which 112 were handed over for occupation. The Group started participating in the project in the second half of 1997 and 99 villas were planned to be built on the remaining site.

The average occupancy of the offices of the Building maintained at about 90% in 1997, while the occupancy of the shopping arcade was about 70%. A certain portion of the podium is renovated as leisure centre and is operated by the joint venture company.
