The Company is New Zealand's major diversified property trust, with investments in a diversified portfolio of prime office, retail and industrial assets located throughout New Zealand. The Company’s retail assets are made up of five major shopping centers. The Centers, in Hamilton, Palmerston North, Porirua and Christchurch.

The Company’s property consists of Centre Place, Hamilton with total net lettable area is 15,428 m2; Downtown Plaza, Hamilton with 2,803 m2, The Plaza, Palmerston North with 14,488 m2, North City, Porirua with 24,966 m2, Northlands, Christchurch and Sylvia Park, Auckland.

Sylvia Park consists of 24 hectares of land in the heart of Auckland's southeastern isthmus. The Trust proposes to develop the site into a world-class 'town centre' featuring a wide range of retail, commercial and community facilities.

Office Properties:

The Company’s office assets are located in key CBD locations in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. These properties include Vero Centre, (39,597 m2) Auckland; National Bank Centre, (13,012 m2 (50%)) Auckland; HP House, (7,369 m2) Auckland; Vodafone House, (17,364 m2) Auckland; AUT Faculty of Arts Building, (13,949 m2) Auckland; Majestic Centre, (23,435 m2) Wellington; BP House,( 9,140 m2) Wellington; and PricewaterhouseCoopers Center,( 16,059 m2) Christchurch.

Industrial:

Industrial assets of the company include 77 Carbine Road, (12,014 m2) Auckland; and 99 Carbine Road, Auckland.
