KPTL is a leading global EPC player in power T&D sector with turnover of USD 385mn. The business of the company is diversified into civil contracting, real estate & property development, International Trading and Consumer Goods & Services. The company undertakes turnkey projects for EHV Transmission Lines up to and including 800 KV in India and Overseas. The company involved in design, testing, fabrication, galvanizing of towers and construction activities from survey, civil works/ foundation, erection to stringing and commissioning of EHV lines, besides procurement of items such as conductors, insulators, hardware accessories etc. It also participates in substation projects on a partnership basis. The company has successfully completed / executing projects in Middle East, Africa, America and Australia. Other than India, the company has projects in the following Asian countries:

KPTL holds 51% stake in JMC projects. JMC Projects is one of the leading Civil Contractors in the field of Construction. It undertakes the projects of commercial and residential buildings, software parks, industrial structures and factories, infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, underpass, metro Stations etc. Other subsidiaries of the company are Energylink (India) Limited (100% subsidiary), Shree Shubham Logistics Limited (80%), Amber Real Estate Limited (100%), Kalpataru Power Transmission Nigeria Limited (100%), Kalpataru SA (Pty) Limited (74.90%) and Kalpataru Power Transmission Mauritius Limited (100%).
