Maple Leaf Reforestation Inc. operates as a natural resources company. The company has four major projects in operation or under development:

Greenhouse Operation - Inner Mongolia Province: A 110,000 square feet greenhouse was constructed in Inner Mongolia and became operational in January 2007. The growing capacity of the Greenhouse is 6,000,000 seedlings per 3 months. The maximum growing capacity is 24 million seedlings per year.

YellowhornTree Farm: In October 2007, the company entered a Memorandum of Understanding with Jilin Saar County of Xinjiang autonomous region of China to establish a Bio Diesel Production Chain for Shiny-Leaved Yellowhorn trees. Maple Leaf would develop this project under the guidance and supervision of the county and according to the laws and regulations of China.

Organic Fertilizer Plant – Hunan Province: The company is in the process of building an organic fertilizer plant in the Hunan Province of China.

Flexi Pipeline Distribution: The company signed a marketing agreement with Petro-Tech China Ltd. (Petro-Tech) permitting the company to market and sell a reinforced thermopolymer pipeline product range in China. The product would be imported from the USA and would be marketed under a proprietary brand name. Under the agreement with Petro-Tech, the company was granted special partnership provisions to jointly market, distribute, and install the RT-P coiled tubing throughout China.

Partnership

The company, in July 2008, established a partnership with the Forestry Departments of Changji District of China to cultivate Yellowhorn trees on its behalf. Maple Leaf secured approximately 1,150 acres of land that are in the process of planting Yellowhorn trees in the Changji District of China.
