The Project Management Group provides fee-based or ‘agency’ construction management services to its clients to identify potential trouble, difficulties and sources of delay on a construction project before they develop into problems. Its services include program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, troubled project turnaround, staff augmentation, estimating and cost management, project labor agreements, and management consulting.

As construction managers, the company has managed various phases of the construction process on behalf of project owners and developers, from pre-design through completion. Specific activities that the company undertakes as part of these services include: planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, design review, constructability analyses, value engineering, regulatory compliance, development of project procedures, procurement, project reporting, expediting, inspection, quality assurance/quality control, safety oversight, contract administration, change order processing, claims management, and on-site management of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Construction Claims

The Construction Claims Group advises clients to assist them in preventing or resolving claims and disputes based upon schedule delays, cost overruns and other problems on major construction projects worldwide. On December 31, 2009, the company acquired TRS Consultants, Inc. (TRS).
