Lending Activities
Single-Family Residential Real Estate Lending: These loans are secured by first or second mortgages on single-family properties, excluding construction loans. The company originates conventional mortgage loans, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans, Veterans Administration (VA) loans, and loans in excess of the Fannie Mae (FNMA), and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) ceilings both for sale in the secondary market and for its own portfolio.
