One-to-Four Family Mortgage Lending: The company offers first mortgage loans secured by one-to-four family residences in its lending area. Such residences are single-family homes that serve as the primary residence of the owner. It originates and invests in one-to-four family residential mortgage loans.

Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Family Lending: The company originates loans secured by commercial real estate, including non-owner occupied residential, multi-family dwelling units, professional office buildings, and hotels/motels.

Construction and Land Acquisition Lending: The company also offers construction and land acquisition loans.
