Its customers are generally individuals, owner-managed businesses, farmers, professionals, real estate investors, and smaller community banks within its market areas. It offers farmland and agricultural production loans, residential mortgage loans.

Residential Real Estate Loans: The company generally originates and holds short-term first mortgages and traditional second mortgage residential real estate loans and home equity lines of credit. It also offers commercial real estate loans.
