The company originates commercial loans, commercial real estate loans, residential and commercial construction loans, residential real estate loans collateralized by one- to- four family residences, home equity lines of credit and fixed rate loans, and other consumer loans in the states of Connecticut’s Litchfield County, Massachusetts’ Berkshire County, and New York’s Dutchess County in towns proximate to the company’s eight full service offices.

Residential Real Estate Loans

The company originates prime loans secured by first mortgages on one-to-four family residences. It originates both fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages. The company sells the majority of the fixed rate residential real estate loans it originates, except for certain long term fixed rate loans to borrowers with low to moderate income, to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston under the Mortgage Partnership Finance program while retaining servicing.

Commercial Real Estate Loans
