The company’s lending activities include the origination of commercial real estate and business loans, consumer loans, and conventional fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage loans for construction, acquisition or refinancing of single-family residential homes located in its primary market area.

Residential Real Estate Lending: The company originates single-family residential real estate loans in its market area. It offers fixed-rate and adjustable-rate residential mortgage loans. Its loan portfolio consisted of single-family conventional mortgage loans.

Commercial and Multi-Family Residential Real Estate Lending: The commercial real estate loans originated by the company are primarily secured by office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, and other income producing commercial property. Its multi-family residential loans are primarily secured by apartment buildings. In addition, the company makes revolving line of credit loans secured by mortgages on commercial and multi-family property.
