Provest Services Corp. I is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Provident Bank, holding an investment in a limited partnership that operates an assisted-living facility. Provest Services Corp. II is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Provident Bank that has engaged a third-party provider to sell annuities, life, and health insurance products to Provident Banks customers.
