One-to-Four-Family Residential Real Estate Loans: The conventional one-to-four-family residential loans are secured by residential real estate. The residential mortgage loans originated by peoples consist of fixed rate and adjustable rate loans. It also offers non-owner occupied residential mortgage loans to investors and builders.

Multi-Family Residential Loans: The company originates multi-family residential loans. These loans are primarily secured by apartment buildings or apartments being converted to condominium units.

Nonresidential Real Estate and Land Loans: The company’s nonresidential real estate and land loan portfolio primarily consists of loans secured by land for development purposes, professional offices, small retail centers, warehouses, and building lots located within the company’s primary market area.
