One- to Four-Family Residential Real Estate Lending: The company’s lending program focuses on the origination of permanent loans secured by mortgages on owner-occupied, one- to four-family residences. It also originates loans secured by non-owner occupied and one- to four-family residences.

Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate Lending: The company originates permanent loans secured by multi-family and commercial real estate.
