Its primary market area is the Boise, Idaho, metropolitan statistical area, and surrounding communities, together known as the Treasure Valley region of southwestern Idaho, including Ada, Canyon, Elmore, and Gem counties. In addition, it also serves in the Tri-County Region of central Oregon, including the counties of Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson. It operates through 37 full-service banking offices, automated teller machines, and Internet banking services.

Loan Portfolio

The company’s principal lending activity consists of the origination of loans secured by first mortgages on owner-occupied, one-to-four family residences and loans for the construction of one-to-four family residences. It also originates consumer loans, with an emphasis on home equity loans, and lines of credit.

One- to Four-Family Residential Real Estate Lending: The company originates both fixed rate loans and adjustable rate loans in its residential lending program.

Real Estate Construction: The company originates construction and site development loans to contractors and builders primarily to finance the construction of single-family homes and subdivisions. Loans to finance the construction of single-family homes and subdivisions are offered to experienced builders in its primary market areas.
