FCB Bancorp, Inc. operates as the holding company for First Capital Bank. The Bank provides a range of banking products and services through eight full service banking offices which are located in Anaheim Hills, Camarillo, Irvine, Oxnard, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Ventura and Westlake Village. The company also operated as a holding company for South Coast Commercial Bank, which was sold out on December 5, 2005.

The Bank is full-service community bank that offers a range of banking products and services, including many types of business and personal savings and checking accounts and other commercial and consumer banking services. The Bank originates various types of loans, including secured and unsecured commercial and consumer loans, commercial real estate mortgage loans, SBA loans and construction loans.

Market Area

The Bank offers a range of business and consumer banking services primarily within the general area known as the ‘101’ corridor stretching from the City of Ventura to Calabasas, California. The Bank’s other markets include the Moorpark-Simi Valley corridor, the western San Fernando Valley, and other parts of Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

The bank offers different types of business loans, including commercial real estate loans, commercial loans and construction loans. It also offers consumer loans, including Home mortgages and home equity loans and lines of credit secured by first or second trust deeds. The Bank provides convenience through eight banking offices with ATM access, 24 hour telephone access to account information, on-line banking and courier service.
