Retail dairy packaging unit volume sales recorded a 1% increase to reach 20.0 billion units in 2015. Volume growth was supported by the good performance of drinking yoghurt and soy milk sales, while milk continued to record a decline. Drinking yoghurt registered the highest primary retail unit volume increase among all dairy packaging in 2015 with an 8% rise. This was driven by the significant sales of smaller sizes, which are popular among consumers on the go.
