One-to Four-Family Residential Real Estate Lending: The company originates loans secured by one- to four-family residences, located in its market areas. It offers one, three, five, seven, and ten-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) loans.

Commercial Real Estate and Construction Lending: The company originates commercial real estate loans and loan participations. It also makes commercial and residential real estate construction loans. Its commercial real estate loans are secured by various types of collateral, including raw land, multi-family residential buildings, hotels and motels, convenience stores, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping centers, and churches.
