Port Huron CDE, LLC is a limited liability company, which targets real estate and business investments with a focus on healthcare, industrial, mixed use projects, and shared community facilities. The bank owns 100% of Coastal Equity Partners, L.L.C., whose primary purpose is to own and operate real estate activities. The bank also owns 100% of Horizon Capital Management and CF1 Investment Fund, LLC.
