Chong Hing Bank Limited provides banking and related financial services in Hong Kong and other parts of the Asia Pacific, and the Americas. The company operates in four divisions: Corporate and Retail Banking, Treasury, Securities Dealing, and Other Banking-Related Services. The Corporate and Retail Banking division provides various services, such as lending and trade finance facilities, consumer financing, overdraft facilities, mandatory provident fund services, fixed deposits, current and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal wealth management services. It also provides automated telephone and Internet banking services; remittance and money exchange; and safe deposit boxes, autopay, and direct debit services. The Treasury division provides services comprising inter-bank placement and deposit transactions, management of overall interest rate risk and liquidity of the company, and cash management, as well as foreign exchange services in the form of foreign exchange trading and forward contracts. The Securities Dealing division provides securities trading, stock broking, and commodities and futures broking services. The Other Banking-Related Services division provides investment holding, insurance underwriting, investment advisory services, and property investments.
