It also invests in consumer loans, construction and land loans and securities. It also offers services, such as online Internet banking, remote deposit, corporate cash management, and telephone banking.

The company offers various deposit accounts with a range of interest rates and terms, including savings accounts, retail and business checking accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. The company conducts its business through four offices. Its principal market area for loans and deposits includes the following Ohio counties: Summit County through its office in Fairlawn, Ohio; Franklin County through its office in Worthington, Ohio; and Columbiana County through its offices in Calcutta and Wellsville, Ohio. The company originates commercial and conventional real estate loans and business loans primarily throughout Ohio.

Lending Activities

Single-Family Mortgage Lending: The company originates permanent conventional mortgage loans secured by single-family residences located within and outside of its market area. It offers both fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) loans with maturities up to 30 years.

Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate Lending: The company originates commercial real estate loans that are secured by properties used for business purposes, such as manufacturing facilities, office buildings, or retail facilities. It also originates multi-family residential mortgage loans that are secured by apartment buildings, condominiums, and multi-family residential houses. Commercial real estate and multi-family residential mortgage loans are secured by properties located in its market area.

Construction and Land Lending: The company offers construction and land development loans in its primary market areas.
