The company conducts the majority of its lending activities within the framework of its community bank operating model. The company’s loan portfolio is divided into six major categories: commercial, sales finance, revolving credit, direct retail, mortgage, and specialized lending.

Commercial Loan and Lease Portfolio: The company’s commercial lending program is targeted to serve small-to-middle market businesses. In addition, the company’s Corporate Banking Group provides lending solutions to corporate clients. Commercial and small business loans are primarily originated through the company’s banking network.
