High temperature silver paste is a paste type conductive material made of silver-based conductive phase such as silver powder and silver flake as the core, glass phase, inorganic bonding system, organic carrier, solvent and functional additives. It is not a single metal slurry in essence, but a composite functional material with synergistic optimization of conductive phase, sintering activity, interface wetting, thermal matching and rheological properties.
