The coarse grain’s (mainly soybean & corn) harvesting time for one of the largest world crop’s area is on going, bringing up great expectations at the demanding countries and the main stock exchanges are waiting for the final volumes to finally close commercial operations.

The swinging weather conditions for Argentina and some regions from Brazil, during first 2 months of the year, seem to have no significant effect to reduce the forecasted volume of almost 230 million tonnes of soybean & corn, 2/3 parts belonging to Brazil and 1/3 from Argentina.

Regarding Bolivia & Paraguay, the lump sum for soybean and corns from the 4 countries, could be increased till almost 250 million tonnes. The above value includes available grains indeed and all the derivatives for these key crops (coarse & fine flours, edible oils, cake, meals, ethanol industry, etc.).

In addition, the herbicide’s market and industry (import/export, manufacturing, volumes and prices) was boosted up, however not significantly, for the current crop season.
