After a thorough research and study we came along the decision of locating the business. The business will locate the ware house will be in Sulaibiya as it is near port .While the main office wills also be located there for convenience. The juices will be delved to retail out let opened in “magic Mall”. The business would have certain strengths and weaknesses, being new player the organization have not much reputation and well established relations with other parties. The main strengths were well qualified staff and state of art ware house with 76 pallets and cold storage system.
