The product is typically based on PET, PI or composite film substrates, and achieves high light shielding, low reflection, low gloss, thin profile and precision die-cutting performance through highly dispersed black coatings, low-reflection matte surfaces, ultra-black light absorption layers or composite structures. It can suppress light leakage, stray light, reflected light, glare and ghost images within compact module spaces. Its technical focus lies not only in extremely low light transmittance and stable light blocking capability, but also in the control of surface reflection, particle cleanliness, dimensional stability, heat resistance and antistatic performance, so as to meet the assembly requirements of high-end electronic optical components such as mobile phone cameras, laptop cameras, automotive imaging systems, drone imaging systems, digital cameras, projection optical paths and optical sensors.

The upstream supply chain mainly includes electronic grade PET film, PI film, black pigments or carbon black dispersion systems, low-reflection coating resins, pressure-sensitive adhesives, release films, antistatic additives, as well as precision coating, clean slitting and die-cutting equipment. Among these, the base film determines thickness, heat resistance and dimensional stability; the black coating and matte layer determine light shielding rate, reflectance and stray light absorption capability; while the adhesive layer and release material affect lamination, punching, die-cutting and automated assembly yield. Downstream, the product is mainly used in camera modules, lens components, apertures, light shielding rings, spacers, sensor packaging, projection optical components and precision imaging equipment supply chains. Customers usually have high requirements for material consistency, low contamination, low warpage, low outgassing and batch-to-batch stability. Therefore, this product belongs to the category of electronic optical functional film materials, with its core value mainly reflected in high light shielding, low reflection, low contamination, ultra-thin design and compatibility with precision processing.
