Most Popular Brands among Children Discussed in New CHILDWISE Research Study Now Available at

LONDON – Currently, boys aged between 8 and 12 tend to be interested in gaming brands, while girls of the same age have a little bit more varied interests, namely games (e.g. Minecraft), websites (e.g. Instragram), gadgets (e.g. iPad), music (Ariana Grande) and television(e.g. Hollyoaks).

Boys aged between 13 and 16 are also interested in gaming.  Xbox is at present their beloved brand. Besides, they like TV shows (e.g. Walking Dead) and websites (e.g. Youtube). Girls aged between 13 and 16, in their turn, are interested in Youtube videos, websites (Twitter and Instagram) and TV shows. Youtube enjoys high interest among boys and girls of all ages.

Most children consider themselves as happy, though older children (girls, in particular) suffer from stress due to exams and issues related to their families and friends.
