Solid Technologies Inc. Suggests New Building Safety Solution According to BAC Company Report

LONDON - Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) can significantly improve buildings safety by Public Safety agency communications within big areas. The report describing this idea was presented by Solid Technologies’ President at the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International 78th Annual Conference & Expo held in August. For example, fire codes can be integrated into DAS and therefore expand public reach to essential services. Concrete, glass and steel that make up the building interfere with wireless signal, and often Public Safety radios do not work properly indoors. That’s where DAS comes in handy.
