Brunel International N.V. Reports 28% Revenue Increase According to BAC Company Report

LONDON – According to the latest Brunel press release, its revenues in Q1 2012 grew by 27.7% to EUR 290.4 M comparing to the same period of the last year. Gross profit added 23.7% and amounted EUR 57.4 M; EBIT was 41.8% higher with EUR 22.4 M result.
Brunel Oil and Gas was the main revenue contributor – its share in total amount comprises 67.5%. Increased number of Australian contractors was the driving force for the sector. Other divisions were also strong in the first quarter, with positive outlook for 2012 despite current economic situation in Europe. The second quarter is also expected to return strong numbers; H1 2012 will reflect a mild slowdown in Brunel activities. Full-year revenue is projected at EUR 1,080-1,100 M.
