Tourist arrivals in 2013 were very similar in number to those of 2012. Although visitors from some countries showed strong growth, including Venezuela (43%) and Spain (13%), the countries that represent the majority of arrivals did not grow at such high rates. Argentinean arrivals fell by 1%, Bolivian arrivals increased by 7% and Brazilian arrivals fell by 4%.
