The value does not include any revenues generated through other interests, such as casinos, shops and telecommunication services. The industry is segmented according to the origin of the revenues (domestic consumers, domestic business and international business & consumers). Any currency conversions included within this report have been calculated using constant annual average exchange rates. For the purpose of this report the global figure is deemed to comprise of the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe. The Americas comprises Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, and the US.
